Just saw the new Naked Gun. Fantastic. As good or better than 33 1/3? But just being in the neighborhood of the originals is high praise all told. Some really strong stuff in the first half. Relentless pace there. 1/2.

Amazing run for the pillows. Like most Americans I got into them after seeing FLCL for the first time at a con in 2002. Managed to hit 4 of their US concerts, including the original 2005 tour. Wouldn't trade those memories for anything. Their rock and roll saved my immortal soul.
