Dementia week 2024 proudly presented by HICTOP. We had a beautiful afternoon admiring their work and decorating our tree. Patients, carers, friends, family and staff who have been touched by dementia were able to come together to mark the day . #HICTOPnotjustacmht 🌞🌻❤️
