Today is the end of our tax site benefits spotlight. 🔦 Businesses constructing, or renovating, buildings in a freeport tax site can claim 10% structures and buildings allowance (SBA) relief. 🏢 The relief is available until September 30, 2031. 🗓️ #HumberFreeport

Looking to invest in plant or machinery at a site within one of our tax sites? ⚙️ Businesses can claim 100% Enhanced Capital Allowance Tax relief on qualifying plant or machinery for use in a freeport tax site. 💯 Claims can be made until September 30, 2031. #HumberFreeport

If you're buying land, or buildings, in one of our three tax sites, you can claim relief from Stamp Duty Land Tax. Businesses can claim full relief on the total purchase price, if at least 90 per cent of that cost is for qualifying land or buildings. 🏠 #HumberFreeport

If you're a business moving into a freeport tax site, you'll benefit from National Insurance contribution relief. 👨‍👨‍👧‍👦 You can claim a zero rate of National Insurance contribution for three years, on the earnings of new hires on salaries up to £25,000 per year. #HumberFreeport

Companies moving to one of our tax sites will receive 100% business rates relief for 5 years. 💯 To benefit, you must receive your first rates relief before September 30, 2031. ��� Businesses can then benefit for a further five years, until September 29, 2036. #HumberFreeport
