They didn't need to remove the bloom effect. It was a big part of the movie's identity. Too much contrast in 4k version.
Do you like the Lord of the Rings in 4K or prefer the original?

Is just like people saying that they want to """"improve"""" Tolkien's writtings for The Lord of the Rings. The level of presumption, arrogance and disrespect for the original material and author is off the charts.
Yeah, it's OK as long as it's still a headcanon. What I'm most afraid of is that as the headcanon spreads as if it were the fact, it seems like new players who've never played Silent Hill 2 are not only showing no interest in it but are starting to avoid it.

I just can't play any game on performance mode, the lighting and texture quality is horrendous. Besides, the fps on quality mode doesn't get too bad.
Don't know if El Analista De Bits made errors, can't pixel count properly, intentionally misled or what, but for Silent Hill f, Digital Foundry counted internal resolutions of 1080p on #PS5 in performance and 1440p in Quality. El Analista reports as low as 360p lol.
