The composer Benjamin Britten was born in Lowestoft, Suffolk #OTD 22 November 1913, the feast of St Cecilia, patron saint of music. His memorial window by John Piper in Aldeburgh church shows his three church parables, The Prodigal Son, Curlew River and The Burning Fiery Furnace.

The last Morris & Co window in All Saints’ Church, Putney Common is from 1930, the Christian virtue of Humility in the South Aisle, designed by Burne-Jones. One could be forigiven for thinking that St Agnes in the church's former Lady Chapel has just donned a scarf... (20/20)
