Project Update: Kirkwood Road - Subproject 2. Great news! The final phase of construction is nearly complete. Beginning Monday, July 14, 2025, all traffic control devices will be removed, and both northbound and southbound lanes of Kirkwood Road will fully reopen to traffic.
