I use the phrase Road Back Home to symbolize what it means for us, what it’s like on that road back home. With historical documents, interviews and more, I want road back home to show people the struggle Palestinians go through constantly trying to just reach their home again

The second part of my project was this mini replica of the West Bank wall, I built it from scratch so the audience can put themselves in the shoes of the average Palestinian. This wall is 7ft tall and towers over everyone that comes to graffiti it. I hope this educates people

I made this book to honor my late grandpa who wished to return back home after all these years. He said that he hoped in his lifetime he would see a free Palestine, he passed away in 2008, I’m hoping my project can lead to some real change in this world
