All we can say at the moment is that we tried our first decoction with this collab, but the final product will be anything but traditional.
Saw @goldfingerbeer on the @HopewellBrewing brew deck. We're guessing 12° polotmavé and finally the first Czech Amber Lager of Chicagoland. "Reverse Alphabetical"

Our newest collab is brewed with our friends at @HopewellBrewing! Early Retirement is a lager created with sudachi, a lively green citrus of Japanese origin. Its vibrant, singular character offer notes of tart yuzu-lime, crushed peppercorn and fresh pine 😋

On Saturday, we turn six. Wow. To celebrate, we’re releasing Sixth Pils, our very first Imperial Pilsner, along with limited stemmed glassware. Wow. We’ll be tapping vintage wild beers and other one-off variants. Wow. The fam at @parsonschicken is doing food. Wow. Wow.

Rolling out to you this week: Desert Palm West Coast IPA. Desert Palm is an IPA inspired by the SoCal classics. A distinct profile of grapefruit, pineapple, citrus rind and pine. Refreshingly hoppy and noticeably bitter, with a finish as dry as the desert.
