Today is #InternationalWomensDay2025 when we celebrate the achievements of women. Thank you to all the amazing women at @HOPEsupportgrp who work tirelessly to support families in South Yorkshire who have had a loved one killed in a road traffic collision, fire or drowning.

This week we said farewell to one of our road safety presenters, Keith. We'd like to say a big thank you to him for helping us to deliver important safety messages to young people as part of our Collision sessions. We wish him well in his new adventures.

It's #worldbookday2025 and try as we might we couldn't find a costume to dress Oliver, our therapy dog, in. But here @Hopesupportgrp we use books and reading as a way of supporting the children, whose families we work with, to understand their feelings after a loved one has died.

Children attending a recent peer support group enjoyed a fun yoga session. This is part of the various activities offered for younger family members to help them relax, feel less anxious and boost concentration and focus. Oliver, our therapy dog, enjoyed joining in too!

Today is #LoveYourPetDay. As well as being our therapy dog, Oliver is also a loved pet who means the world to us all here at HOPE. We make sure that he is happy, healthy and well cared for. In return he gives us much laughter, comfort and support. Thanks Oliver! 🐶🦴🐾❤️
