An 82 year old woman who required oxygen was living out of her car, alone. She reached out to Hope Florida for help. Her tireless Hope Navigator helped her find stable housing and even reached out to the faith community who provided meals, help, and hope.

A disabled veteran returned home from medical treatment to unmanageable bills. His Hope Navigator helped him find short-term utility aid and made a plan to stabilize his finances. With compassionate guidance, he regained his sense of dignity and found a renewed sense of hope.

After fleeing unsafe housing, a single mom of six moved to Daytona Beach with little to her name. Needing beds for her kids, she turned to Hope Florida. Her Hope Navigator connected her with a local church that provided beds and mattresses, helping her family rebuild and restart.

A single mom on bed rest in her 3rd trimester lost work and housing. She called Hope Florida, and her Navigator found housing help and requested baby supplies via CarePortal. A Miami church stepped up and delivered everything. Now, she has a steady job and reliable income.

Jake, Hope Florida mentor, took on the case of 5 siblings in foster care who needed mentorship. As a steady role model, he is helping one brother catch up in school and pursue his passions. Another just made the honor roll. Jake works hard to never miss a call from the family.
