On Tuesday we were Vocal Champions & engaged with questions about our local area with parents & staff! We were privileged to be first to be part of the campaign about why we #LoveStHelens. It's a great way for voices to be heard and action to be made. Our ideas will make a change

We had a beautiful morning rejoicing in Advent with the Archdiocese! It was wonderful to have Archbishop John celebrate the service. We sang along to all the carol & saw so many other schools from our @ASMAT_Liverpool Trust! We also had a photo with @FedStMarys! A blessed day 🙏

Y8-11 have experienced a wonderful Christmas service this week from Dance, Music & the Chaplaincy team! Students have shown the joy & excitement we feel at Jesus' birth by combining scripture with music & movement, using songs from Nativity! So much happiness! Y7 next week 🙂🙏🎄

During our Advent Workshops this week, students have been making decorations to remind us of the hope, peace, joy & love that Jesus brings. These are now displayed on our Christmas trees around the academy, and they look fantastic! A beautiful reminder of what advent is about🙂✝️

Today, St Mary’s Infants & Juniors, & @Hope_Academy came together to celebrate the Jubilee Year of Hope. We gathered at Church, after pilgrimaging from our Academies, to share our hopes and close this special year as one community. @MrsJMC1 @allsaints_mat @CAFOD

A group of our students had a wonderful time celebrating Pilgrims of Hope at St Mary’s and St John’s Church today. They took part in readings, joined in singing, and represented our school beautifully.❤️ Huge thank you to Kasia and Miss Martlew for joining them✨

We had a beautiful morning to celebrate the closing of the Year of Jubilee, by being pilgrims from @Hope_Academy to St. Mary's church with St Mary’s Infants & Juniors. We celebrated with a wonderful service to share our hopes & prayers, and close the jubilee year as one community

We've loved hosting the Mock COP30 at @Hope_Academy today, and it was especially wonderful to have Archbishop John join us & welcome us in prayer to start the day. He reminded us of Pope Francis' message in Laudato Si about how we are to care for our common home, and we will 🙏

As we prepare to pause at 11am to remember and pray for those who gave their lives in service, Y10 gathered this morning for a reflective Worship with Mr. Ward. Students wore their cadet, scout & guide uniforms with pride - a moving tribute to honour and remember #RemembranceDay

As you enter school tomorrow you'll be greeted by our Remembrance Day image to help us reflect upon all those who have given their lives so we may find peace. If you're part of a uniformed group (cadets, scouts, etc) you are most welcome to come in that uniform tomorrow. #Service
