@HoopyLoopyNaka they hack all cctv not just for stalking victims but they use them as an audio visual comms system to avoid using mobile phones.. they leave signals and make sounds to alert each other eg car alarms/animal sounds/sirens Ive seen a lot of this

@HoopyLoopyNaka In my case, I knew that they lived close by to each other. I could hear them talking about how police officers would be approaching their house a block away. Alerting each other as the officer got closer.
