Don’t do PLC work to get better scores (even though you will get better scores over time) Do it for the children you serve - for their dreams & for what they can become, even when they don’t believe it for themselves. #atplc

I am super proud of the strategic and intentional work of our Hook PLC Teams at work ensuring that students learn what Hook PLC teams have deemed Essential standards. Im addition, it’s an honor to partner with Brig Leane @ Solution Tree.
The PLC process is not a quick fix, but a long-term shift from trying to teach everything alone to ensuring the learning of the essentials on teams. These promising practices are growing (see pic of team plan doc & reflect: Is my team at that level?) @HookJuniorHigh @VVUHSD
