Lubbock ISD classes are on a 2-hour delay tomorrow, Mon., Feb. 12. Buses will also have a 2-hour delayed schedule. Weather will continue to be monitored and any updates will be provided tomorrow no later than 7 a.m.

We did PE teacher for the day! I enjoyed planning with my “PE teachers” to choose music, a workout video, their favorite tag game, and main activity. I made a little badge and whistle for each of them so they could look like the teacher. It was a fun day! @HoneyElementary

Not many PE teachers and do a homophone lesson when it comes to hurdle leaping. Coach Hertel is a person, a hurdle is a thing. We leap over hurdles, not Coach Hertel’s. They giggle every time and want to know why they can’t leap over Coach Hertel. @HoneyElementary @LubbockISD

Our PE coach is the best of the best!
Group Juggling with @SPARKPhysEd. Letting the kids pick their own groups allowed this crew of pretty coordinated boys to go faster and build up to 4 balls. Most groups were successful with 3 at a slower pace which was great! Success for everyone. @HoneyElementary @LubbockISD
