Update on todays matters on behalf of arrested Gen-Z’s. An application by our team of lawyers, led by Counsel Sakimpa, have won an application to review bail from Kshs. 50,000 to Kshs. 30,000. This wins are for the Kenyan people who believe in justice and equality. Asanteni.

We’ve mapped around 10 minors, 17 & below, who have been detained in remand for over 10 days. Despite the DPP being well aware of the procedure of processing minors, they approve charges against them nevertheless, because, what better does the government have to do than.

There are some two young ladies, 21 & 24, that I ran into at Kahawa law courts last week. They had been admitted to a cash bail of Kshs.200,000 and their guardians have been unable to raise the same. We are currently in court hearing an application to review their cash bail.

We have managed to have Wanjiku Thiga, Peter Kawanjiru and 40 other Gen-Z’s admitted to cash bail of Kshs. 50,000. May the good Lord protect our nation and help us deal with impunity. 🇰🇪🙏🏿.
