During this time of illness I've been reading more than usual. Found this book that has become my favorite so far "True religion is a union of the soul with God. It is a participation in the divine nature. It is the very image of God drawn upon the soul." Christ formed within us

A Christianity that believes it needs political power, a president, legislation, and a nation to ensure its survival is a Christianity that actually dethrones Jesus as the actual savior of the nations and advances a belief that even Jesus needs a nation to be his savior.

Christianity has become so carnal, so worldly and so temporally focused, true spirituality is not at all easy to find anymore. It's lonely out here man !
