Being employed at a hospital and prior military, my wife and I were mislead at @ATT that we qualified for @FirstNet service to include smart watches at no charge and through verification told we didn’t qualify. Hours wasted, multiple fees, and service compromised!!

New designed core bit from #hilti tools. Since 1999 using 1-1/4” core at 3” depth I have never had this issue; ever! First bit used on new designed bit and this happened. Same tool operating the same way...
