Soup spice/herb combos can be simple or complex: - Carrot + coriander, cumin or garam masala - Mushroom or cauliflower + (a little) nutmeg and parsley - Tomato + basil or chili Cool soup to store quickly by putting the pot in cold water in the sink before chilling or freezing.

1 chopped large onion 3-4 tins of different beans 2 tins of chopped tomatoes 2 tbsp tomato paste A pack of chopped superfirm tofu or vegan sausages (optional) 3 bay leaves 1 veg stock cube 2-3 tsp heaped paprika 2 tsp dried oregano Cook low until thick. Serves 5-7, freezes well!

💭 Translators and editors can also challenge language that excludes others due to its complexity and use of jargon. They can advocate for clear language as inclusive language, language that builds #solidarity, rather than alienating those not in the "in" group. #ClearLanguage
