This is expected but great news, nonetheless. The Forest rejoices. That said, what we wish for Clayton more than anything else this season is good health into November. Rest up, kid. The second half and—God willing—beyond await.

Was in San Clemente over Memorial Day weekend and didn’t get FSW where we were staying. Had lunch at a nearby bar so I could watch this fabled Minotaur debut. What a ride so far! Happy Anniversary, @ClaytonKersh22 and all those who celebrate #KershawDay every fifth or sixth day!

I know I’m biased because Clayton Kershaw is my favorite player of all time, but his chemistry with Joe and Orel and his smart commentary are just outstanding. Most dugout interviews are generic; Kershaw’s Korner makes the broadcast a lot better.
