We are continuing to monitor and are in close contact with the National Weather Service regarding storm systems in the area. Howard County may need to re-close Main Street if the county receives additional substantial rainfall.

WEATHER UPDATE: Main Street in Historic Ellicott City has been reopened to traffic as rain rates have declined in Historic Ellicott City. Minor standing water on Main Street has receded.
