Good morning everyone. There is an update on the App Store to Hive version 10.42.3. This should fix the issue you have been experiencing. After the initial upgrade some users may experience being logged out but this should be a one time occurrence only.

Hi everyone! The team have been working on a fix overnight which should mean the majority of our customers will be back online with a manual reboot of the Hub. Please remove the Hub’s power cable, replace this and refresh the app you should be back online. Sorry again! ^Kat

Hey everyone, we're getting more reports of customers getting access again so the issue is being worked on. If you're still having trouble try switching the hub off and back on then try logging into the app after about 5 minutes, and keep us updated

On Sunday around 4:20pm, a power outage led to a large number of hubs trying to reconnect to the platform at the same time. This spike in traffic put our system under stress and as a result all customers would have experienced issues with our app.

Good Afternoon. App version 10.52.2 is now available for both iOS and Android users. This fixes the issue that prevented users from logging in if using a Hive widget. Some users still may be logged out after updating the app to this version.

If you have Hive TRVs and have enabled child lock in the app popping the batteries out and back in to the TRV will disable it. You can enable it again when the app issue is fixed.

Clear the cache & history
Log back in

We have had problems recently with iOS app versions. Please ensure you are updated to version 10.42.3. Once you have done this, delete the app, reboot your phone, reinstall the app and the issue should be resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. The Hive Team

Hi Ross, if you are not getting any power to your home, then your boiler will not be getting any power. It wouldn't matter what boiler controls you had installed, you can't get any heating from your boiler if it is not getting any power.
