Excellent first day at the Stockwood Discovery Centre for a weekend of history covering two millennia! Had some fab conversations, excellent interest, and even told a tale or two!

I'm at the King Richard III Centre for @upanatemhistory today. It's #ArmsAndArmour so a great chance to get hands on with late fifteenth century weapons and protection - and a good chance for me to check out the dents in my harness!

Day two at @cadwcymru #BlaenavonIronworks - a fab #WorldHeritageSite - with her Majesty, some of her soldiers to keep order...and the super #RaggedVictorians (who have been causing the very best sort of chaos). Yesterday was amazing, so I'm very much looking forward to today!
