Even now I’m convinced Seven Blades in Black (and the following books in the series) has the coolest system of magic and some of the best world building. Go read it! So listen to the audiobook because it’s also really damn good!

I could go into every reason I honestly enjoyed DT but all of that comes down to personal opinion and it doesn't matter to anyone but me. HOWEVER I will say that the expansion as a whole felt like a fun little novella between books and I wish the stakes were even lower.
