Year 6 have enjoyed 4 glorious days in Ambleside on residential! .Walking, exploring caves, ghyll scrambling, canoeing, kayaking, boat rides and tree top nets. the children have showed amazing resilience and have made memories to last a lifetime. #whereheartsandmindsconnect

What an amazing 2 days we have had on our Year 5 London residential! .We have been sightseeing, on the London Eye, to the Natural History Museum and to see The Lion King!

Today, we hosted two very special guests: Rt Revd Smitha Prasadam Bishop of Huddersfield + Bishop Moses from Tanzania. Pupils led a tour of school, discussing their learning, 4R's and i-Challenge. With Bishop Moses, pupils compared British and Tanzanian schooling. @ImpactMAT

Today, Y6 walked up to the war memorial in the village to pay their respects to the many soldiers who sacrificed their lives for us. The children laid a wreath which they had created.

F.A.O - Parents of 2/3/4 year olds. Open evenings for prospective new starters are taking place this week (Monday and Tuesday). Come and have a look around, meet the staff and some of our fantastic pupils! Refreshments will also be provided.

Our Year 6 Leadership team organised Hill View's harvest festival collection. They wrote letters to parents, created/led presentations in classrooms and delivered the donations to church. Over 500 items collected + donated to SMASH food share. #charity #generousity @ImpactMAT
