Witnessing Des’ vision unfold for the past 4 years, I couldn’t help but swell with emotion throughout the evening. (Wasn’t just the bourbon and Miller Lites, I swear). I mean, his work on the front of a museum?! A life sized inflatable Mon standing out front?!

Then you walk into a room and are truly immersed in his work. Every piece felt new. The smallest parts were all of a sudden huge. New appreciation for his work unlocked. It felt like the way it is meant to be experienced.
