There will be a general discussion of people’s love for poetry: this event is open to the public, and family and friends are welcome to join the session. A great opportunity to receive an assessment of your work, and if you wish, to read it live on-line!

The winner of the competitive section received an award certificate. During the Festival (late February-early March 2023) there will be a live on-line session when each entrant in the Adult section will be invited to read their work, or have it read for them.

You can enter in a ‘Competitive’ or ‘Non-Competitive’ section. All entries received will be read by the Festival’s adjudicator who will write an assessment of each poem submitted. Everyone who enters receives a certificate of participation
