I have keys for the barriers that allow me to access the locations, these are provided by BCP Council. It is not possible to access the locations without these.

All of our paperwork is published publicly on the website for anyone to view. The dates that we will be at a location are published up to a year in advance.

I carry paperwork with me at every event to evidence our permission to be at that location at that date and time as well as our relevant risk assessment and insurance documentation.

After a contentious start to our event this morning, the following information is provided for awareness:. All events held at any of the seafront locations are arranged with and agreed by BCP Council. This involves at least the Events Team and the Seafronts Team. 🧵

We are heading down, but I can't get access to our kit. I have enough of my own kit for around 20-25 people. If you have your own litter picker, please bring it with you and we will do what we can with what we have.
