Please don’t mow or spray the dandelions. They are a lifeline for pollinators including bees, butterflies, hoverflies. They support over 50 insect species. Our little film shows the life in a small patch 🐝 More: https://t.co/1swzcaWWFm https://t.co/4kXufk17EH

An often overlooked and underappreciated creature, the humble snail 💚 Did you know they can find food and mates by smell and taste alone? Take half an hour this evening and see what species of marvellous molluscs you can find! 🔍 https://t.co/AxbyHZ90jr

There's a lot of beautiful flowers springing up this time of year, many of which were planted and maintained by volunteers and we kindly ask for them to be left in the ground and not picked. Thank you #biodiversity #daffodils

Really proud that in coming weeks, @wfcouncil will be planting 148 new trees in Higham Hill ward, including 3 new elm trees in HIgham Hill Park and 5 new elms in Cheney Row Park. This is huge for our ward - we've needed better canopy coverage for a long time and it will help
