@biblelinemin Let's de-religify the word "sacraments". The 'sacramentum' was the oath of faithfulness a Roman soldier took to the emperor. Christians appropriated the word to describe the promise of faithfulness that Jesus gives 'to us' in Baptism & in His Supper.
