Today's launch was canceled due to the weather. I was unable to try 1 mile attempt or my new 'glass rocket. Aidan was unable to do his L1 mach 1 attempt or try his big L2 two-stage. When we get the next good launch day, we're going to be busy!.

Aidan took his first L2 level 2-stage rocket to the local club launch for inspection by a TAP member. 1 small tweak to prep for launch and a couple tips to improve his next builds. Overall it got a good review for his first build of this size.

Successfully ground testing of my BP charges for Viper 2. My motor arrived today, too. I'm ready for my next 5K attempt in July!

I think we're going to try Cesaroni motors.

Both my 1-Mile and my son's Mach 1 (L1) attempts might be delayed due to no one having the necessary AeroTech motors available. I think his 2-Stage (L2) launch might be delayed, too. I sure hope AeroTech is able to ramp up production soon. 😓.

A belated #HappyFathersDay to all the fathers out there, and props to how great the #rocketry hobby can be for building bonds between parent and child. I got involved as my son's mentor and now I'm consumed by the hobby myself.

My AV bay wiring is fine, it was the Altus Metrum on the left which went through a RUD which is not working 100%. I tested with a new altimeter and everything is firing as designed.

Failure is an option. Main igniter will not fire even with good connectivity and new battery. I'm wondering if the Altus Metrum is damaged from my previous RUD. I will swap it out and try again.
