At ₹80,000, it feels overpriced for what it offers, especially with stronger options available from competitors. Unless you value design and uniqueness above everything else, it’s tough to recommend as your main flagship choice.

You interact with it through a capacitive touch strip that cycles through functions with haptic feedback, and long presses can trigger or stop certain tools. While it’s fun and different.

Glyph Matrix ⚪ Replacing the signature Glyph light is the new Glyph Matrix on the back. It’s a dot-matrix display that can show things like a clock, battery percentage, volume level, and stopwatch.

Battery 🔋 The Nothing Phone 3 packs a 5,500 mAh silicon carbon battery in India, but the battery life has been pretty average. I was able to get around 7 to 7.5 hours of screen on time during my use.

Video The Nothing Phone 3 supports 4K recording at 60fps, not just from the main camera but also from the telephoto, ultrawide, and even the front selfie camera, but you can't switch between cameras during 4K 60fps recording. Videos are generally quite good.

The main camera performs well in daylight, though low light images are decent rather than flagship level.

Cameras 📸 The Nothing Phone 3 is equipped with a triple 50MP camera system on the back. The main sensor is a large 1/1.3" OV50H with an f/1.68 aperture, supported by a 1/2.75" JN5 periscope telephoto lens at f/2.68, and a 1/2.76" JN1 ultrawide lens with an f/2.2 aperture.

While the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 may not be the absolute top tier chip available in this price range, it’s still powerful enough to manage.

Performance The Nothing Phone 3 comes with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, offered in 12/256 GB and 16/512 GB variants. In daily use, performance feels smooth and reliable, handling regular tasks without any stutters.

Display The display is a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel that reaches up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness for HDR content. It looks sharp and vibrant outdoors and is tuned well for colour accuracy. However, it’s an LTPS panel, not LTPO.

Build 💪🏻 The build quality is solid and the phone feels premium in hand. The rear glass is Gorilla Glass Victus, while the front uses Gorilla Glass 7i, which is found on mid-range devices. The phone has IP68 rating.
