This is why i believe that in Deltarune's weird route, Susie will have her own Megalovania, not because it's gonna be her theme, but because the game will warn us that something horrible is about to happen.

In Homestuck, it plays because Jack Noir got to the Troll's session, destroying skaia, the genesis frog and killing the dreamselves of the trolls to nullify their second life/godtiering.

To confirm this we can even compare this to other interpretations of this song. In Undertale it plays in Genocide route's last battle, and it's right before Chara takes full control of your soul, and eventually your game file.

Hey undertale fans, I dont know if it has been talked about, but one thing that irks me is thinking Megalovania's is Sans theme, or Chara's theme. In my opinion Megalovania is not someone's theme, it's a warning 🧵.
