After killing the people responsible for her family’s deaths she returned with Freya to France in 1705 where she’s lived on and off again to this day for the last 300 years.

Years later when Imogen was the age of 20 she met Freya who took her in and turned her into a vampire after the Salem Witch Trials of 1693 claimed the lives of nearly her entire close family who accompanied her to the New World.

Backstory: Imogen comes from a family of witches in France who specialized in dark magic. When she was just 7 years old Imogen and a few other members of her family crossed the ocean to the New World, and settled in the town of Salem in the Massachusetts Colony.
