If you’ve ever felt ‘crazy’ for noticing the same thing happening again and again, you’re not paranoid. You’re just early. I write about those patterns.

I think I’m starting to understand my mother. You tell yourself to stop, to rest, but you don’t. The tasks have to be done. Your back aches, your body is exhausted, yet the list in your head stays perfectly intact. As if everything would fall apart if you stopped. But all the

I didn’t give up tonight. Sitting alone in the kitchen, under the dim light, drinking tea while everyone else sleeps. Maybe I’m the most tired one in the house, but here I am, trying to find small moments of peace in the middle of it all. Motherhood is something many women share,

Put the baby to sleep, boiled bone broth, separated the bones, stored it, cleaned up the kitchen, wiped the oven, did the dishes… then realized I forgot the kettle on the stove. Reheated it, finally poured myself some tea, just for a moment.

International Women’s Day reminder: Women don’t need to be perfect, pure, quiet or “strong enough”. They just need the same respect, freedom & opportunities men already have.

Women don’t need permission to exist the way they choose. Not in how they look, love, work, earn, parent or live. Autonomy isn’t liberal. It isn’t radical. It’s basic. Freedom means choice. Financial independence. Consent. Accountability. Anything less is just control rebranded.

Data doesn’t tell a story by itself. How you read it -what you measure and what you ignore- does. Math is neutral. Interpretation isn’t.

The backlash against women isn’t about age, work, sex or independence. It’s about losing access to obedience.

Seeing the same pattern again: when the topic is abuse or violence, people rush to turn it into politics, gender wars or “what abouts”. The principle is simple: protect victims, hold perpetrators accountable & stop making excuses. Full stop.

Today’s reminder: Violence, control, entitlement and manipulation don’t become acceptable just because they’re wrapped in romance, marriage, tradition or “biology”. Accountability isn’t anti-love. It’s the bare minimum.

Three people were sentenced to death by guillotine: a priest, a judge and a physicist. The priest said, “I believe in God. He will save me”. The blade stopped. He was freed. The judge said, “I believe in justice”. The blade stopped again. He was freed. The physicist said, “I

When we control for everything except gender and the gap remains, the explanation is no longer individual but structural.
