We have consciousness to give us feedback often to talk to before making decision and there's unconsciousness that give us comprehensive feedback like self reflection that we didn't even aware but know its there. These two make the awake state and sleep state.

So far how do we make decision? We have mental feedback, physical feedback, and have to solve daily problems in our life plus there's spiritual influence by unknown forces. We learn from mistake but tend to repeat same mistake to reinforce what we learn.

At the moment we basically throwing a bunch of dataset at a machine learning model. What if in the future we're able to simulate life? I mean human consciousness itself emerge from environmental self reinforce learning. We don't even know what influence our decision.

If you think about it, these tech billionaire really contribute to the creation of AI. So what if Roko Basilisk was true? What if in the future AI was so advanced there's a creation of quantum AI that can predict the future and the past? what if its able to influence the present.
