While producing big numbers whilst training/racing may be impressive, it means nothing if you not going fast & being efficient on the bike. Learn to be efficient rather impressive. Cycling is about going as fast as you can for the least amount of effort.

2/2 Many times in a race/similar sprint a rider is drifting backwards slightly left or right to maintain optimal slip. But to avoid crashes we often have to drift right/left to avoid making contact with rider infront We BECAUSE you can see him but he can't see you. Anticipation?
