Throwback to when we visited Michelin Innovation Parc where young people were able to learn about potential careers in the green industries like offshore wind, electric vehicle maintenance and heat pump installation. It is great to get out into the local community 🌟

This #ScotCareersWeek24 young people have been exploring various career paths. Today's group looked at childcare, hospitality and the Royal Marines, whilst researching how to get into those jobs, what benefits they have and what progressions they offer 🌟. #ShapeTheFuture
