We won't be using Twitter anymore Twitter was never perfect, but it was important. Now it's the property of a billionaire pursuing their own agenda. Unacceptable. @elonmusk #RIPTwitter

The team are proto-typing "hands-free" wash stations that can be built quickly and easily by Hub communities. These stations will reduce touchpoints and help keep Hub users safe from the spread of disease. They are just one part of our ebola awareness programmes in #Uganda.

A Hello Hub means something different to everyone. For some, it is a way to find new opportunities, while others can stay in touch with distant friends and family. One thing they have in common is that a Hello Hub improves their quality of life.

An autodidact is a person who teaches herself or himself. Out-of-school children worldwide have no option but to become autodidacts, learning trades or skills needed to survive. With a Hello Hub they can teach themselves the skills they need to excel.

Young people from around the world told the Transforming Education Summit Let Me Learn! We must make sure that words turn to action and work to provide education to the world's out-of-school children, and countless more who are being let down by global education. #letmelearn

Numbers of out-of-school children are falling but at an increasingly slow rate. Gains are uneven and 55% of out-of-school children live in sub-saharan Africa. This article is well worth a closer look. https://t.co/g22sYEV8nt

At Hello World we also want to spend today thinking about Hello Hub communities who are teachers in their own right. Out-of-school children, who use the Hubs to direct their own education often get help from members of the community, many of whom are passionate about education.

Today is #worldteachersday, a day to celebrate how teachers are transforming education but also to reflect the support they need. with 260 million out of school, and 69 million too few teachers in the classroom, that is a lot of support!
