All sites are back up, emails are flowing smoothly, and the help desk/client portal is back up as well. That license is tied to the server IP, so the license had to be reissued. I'll be checking to make sure everything is functioning as it should. Thank you for your patience!.
APOLLO SERVER STATUS:.We apologize for the downtime. The server is fine, it's the IP (yes, the *new* IP) that is having a bad hair day. After 2 hours of communicating with the data center, I'm migrating all sites to another IP in our range. Back DNS has been updated to new IP.
