🥳We are happy to report the 1st data from @esa ICARE-NG sensor (radiation monitoring for #SpaceWeather) was received hours after switch-on & is looking good👌. ☢️ICARE-NG launched onboard @Eutelsat_SA telecoms🛰️HOTBIRD 13F on 15 Oct with it's twin S/C launching next month🚀

Yes we will! On the screen on the right you could see our real time data from SOSMAG and NGRM coming in, if you had hawk’s eyes at least 🦅👀 😅.
Teams will use the Centre to monitor data from ESA’s #SpaceWeather sensors in orbit and future missions such as #ESAVigil. By providing the latest info on solar activity, our teams help keep spacecraft, astronauts, power grids & more safe from our star's unpredictable outbursts.
