It was my honor to secure funding for and attend the debut at I.S. 278 Marine Park, where I witnessed the real-time awareness instilled in young public school students; some of whom seemed unaware of events like the Holocaust & Apartheid. Proving how vital these programs are.

With the frightening increase in hate speech and violence world-wide, programs like the @simonwiesenthal 's Mobile Museum of Tolerance, which uses digitally immersive tools to educate on the danger of hate & spread a message of inclusivity, are more important than ever.

When first elected to the Assembly, my district included Crown Heights. Like many, I had the privilege to visit Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, with my father, of blessed memory. An inimitable force of good in this world, we benefit from the Rebbe's tireless work to this day.

I have hosted the @MTA reduced fare program since it's 1996 debut, and I'm grateful that the Mobile Sales team, led by Director, @BaronReginald, continues to provide this convenient service for seniors and the disabled. @KalmanYegerNYC came to say hi and refill his MetroCard.
