What I ate today, day 47, in forced recovery. Today was the most loneliest Christmass every, I've talked to no-one. I've spent the whole day on my own, pacing around, or watching Netflix.

What i ate today, day 46, in forced recovery. Tried 2 new protein bar flavors; Grenade Milk chocolate oreo (didn't really like that one) and Foodspring Soft caramel (not amazing, but better than the Grenade bar)

I'm gonna try to lower my steps from 42k to 35k for about a week to see if I'm gonna lose water weight from my muscles. I'm maintaining while eating 1400 cal and 42k steps a day, I can't understand why. But I'm so scared it'll just cause me to gain:( I'm way to unsure for this

What I ate today, day 44, in forced recovery. I tried a new protein bar flavor from a brand I've never had before (Foodspring). It was with dark chocolate and cashews, and it was so good! I had completely forgotten how much I love dark chocolate.

☆~Barebells Chokoladball~☆ This bar is literally perfect. The soft protein mass has a coconut layer on top with pieces of coconut inside of it. The coconut/mocca flavors go perfectly with the milk chocolate coating, and I love how thick the chocolate is on top. Rating: 10/10

☆~Fulfil chocolate salted caramel~☆ Very soft protein mass with a very thin, almost unnoticeable layer of salted caramel on top. It has a strong peanut smell/flavor to it, which is very nice. The salted caramel flavor needs to be way stronger, tho. Rating: 8.8

What I ate today, day 42, in forced recovery. I think I'm gonna try to reduce my steps a little. Hopefully, I'll lose some water weight from my muscles. Maybe that's the reason why I'm still maintaining.

I'm so frustrated by the fact I'm maintaining my weight while eating max 1400 cal + taking at least 40k steps. My bmr is around 1400 cals, and I don't understand what's going on. I hate myself so much, I should've offed myself years ago, I'm only a burden to everyone.

What I ate today, day 41, in forced recovery. Tried 2 new protein bars today, high protein Bounty (pretty good, but the coconut flavor was too weak), and Barebells peanut butter (which I really liked) I'm kinda bored out with the things I eat tho, it's pretty much the same.

☆~Mars White chocolate~☆ Kinda bland protein mass with a very nice and better tasting caramel than Barebells on top. The coating could've been thicker, you can't taste it that good. The bar tastes like a real Mars but with less chocolate flavoring. Rating: 7/10

☆~Barebells Salty caramel crunch~☆ Very nice soft cream-flavored protein mass with an amazing layer of salted caramel with toffee bits on top. The saltiness is not too overpowering, and the crispies and milk chocolate go perfectly with the rest of the bar. Rating: 9.6/10

☆~Kaimun White mocha~☆ Soft, chewy protein mass with a mocha flavored layer on top. The coffee flavor overpowers the white chocolate flavor a bit too much. The crispies on the outside add a nice crunch, but the coating could've been a bit thicker. Rating: 7.6/10

☆~Barebells Hazelnut & Nougat~☆ Chewy, protein mass with little pieces of hazelnut on the in- and outside. The nougat flavoring needs to be stronger, I can't really yell it's in there. The bar reminds me of those chocolate coated ice creams on a stick. Rating: 7.9/10

☆~Barebells Caramel choco~☆ Bit too chewy protein mass with a nice layer of caramel, which could've been a little sweeter. I love how thick the layer of chocolate on top is, tho. But the bar is not very special, nice, but kinda boring. Rating: 7.5/10

☆~Barebells Marshmallow rocky road~☆ The protein mass- and marshmallow layer don't have a strong flavor, but the layer of caramel on top is so delicious. It also has some peanuts inside and crispies on the outside, which go perfectly with the rest of the bar. Rating: 9.7/10
