Also give the fuel allowance to all pensioners but add to pension as a one off and its eligible for tax. The rich will pay 40%+ others only taxed if over the limit. So the gov get a lot back. Fairer?

Well maybe there is a way around me losing the heating allowance now. If I as an 80 yr old cant keep warm this winter, make a racist comment about illegals and get put in jail. Free heating, food and tv.
