Something I don't see chronic illness people talk about is the whiplash depression and anxiety/fear that happens after feeling well for a bit and then getting sick again. It's hard not to worry that it'll be a long period of unwellness again. It's a never ending cycle.

Started calling my farts the trumpets of the apocalypse, so I've done my part. Sorry that it didn't help bring on the rapture.

I don't trust adults who don't understand correlation/causation. How do you make it out of hs w/o a firm grasp on that?

I've felt better since Sunday afternoon and I'm very excited about it. I hope it stays.

Chronic illness is so mentally taxing. Going from feeling well enough to go out and live my life, exercise, etc, to struggling to get out of bed makes me feel like my body has been gaslighting me.

I finally got more than 2hrs of sleep at a time for the first time in like 10 days and I woke myself up screaming. I didn't even know I could make a noise like that.
