Just concluded watching River’s Podcast on YouTube ⚠️Some exclusive information about Prince Harry’s meeting with The King.☠️ - Upon arrival at Clarence House, Harry went to use the toilet. (Did same before he left too). Perhaps to let out some stress or tuck in a microphone.

If the festive season is a difficult time, there may be some solidarity to be found in Good Grief with @RevRichardColes on @All4
@Table11_UK @thegriefcruise
Last week was Grief Awareness Week, with the run-up to Christmas often a very difficult time for those missing someone important in their life. A reminder that Good Grief with the Reverend Richard Coles is on All4 and follows Richard’s ‘grief voyage’ for help out there for all.

On #WorldMentalHealthDay, reposting my piece on the suicide of my children's father. In the UK, about 5000 people take their life every year. Globally, @WHO says suicide is the 4th leading cause of death for 15-29 among year-olds. The stigma doesn't help.

This was so moving. Spontaneously stopped off at the London Bridge station organ to play a couple of pieces for the Queen. This lovely security guard, Marcella, asked if I could play Lascia ch'io pianga. Turns out she trained as a singer! ❤️😭

We know that our pets play an important role in our well being. @RevRichardColes talked to @The_Blue_Cross about how his dogs helped him through his early grief; ‘In the days after David died, they were one of the few things that brought me comfort’ #petbereavement 🐾🐾

So many positive things to say about #goodgrief by @revrichardcoles. Really good watch with tears, laughter and understanding. So many good ideas to try & live with grief. I particularly liked the Dinner Party which centres on eating with a group of others who've experienced loss

@Channel4 @RevRichardColes Fantastic documentary. Really insightful. A hugely important discussion to be having. So many powerful aspects - grief not being 'linear', the relative impact of grief being different for everyone, the loss of parts if our identity.... really loved it.
