To ensure the safety of all of our customers and volunteers, Hednesford Library will be closed on Saturday 10th January. We plan to reopen on Monday 12th January.

Due to poor weather conditions, and to keep all of our customers and volunteers safe, we have made a decision to close Hednesford Library today. All being well, we plan to reopen on Saturday 10th January at 9.30am - this may be subject to change.

Here at Hednesford Library, we have a great selection of books available to buy at our Book Sale! We have a number of special offers available until the end of September - for example, you can buy three paperbacks for just £1, or two hardback books for only £1.50!

The #SummerReadingChallenge is in full swing at Hednesford Library! There's still time to sign up or complete the challenge and collect your child's certificate, even if they've already finished it, as the challenge will run until Monday, 15th September.

It’s launch day for the Summer Reading Challenge at Hednesford Library! We’re open until 2pm today and have lots of free activities and refreshments available for children who sign up for the challenge today 📚

The Summer Reading Challenge starts tomorrow! Come and join us between 9am and 2pm and sign up for the challenge, where we’ll also be hosting a party with free activities and refreshments for all children who sign up 📚

This morning, we’ll be hosting a Coffee Morning in aid of @StGilesHospice ! Pop in between 10 and 12 and enjoy a selection of homemade cakes.
