US Steel reported the incident involving Batteries 13 and 14 yesterday at 11:40AM after the explosion occurred. The ACHD Air Quality monitoring in Clairton, Liberty, Glassport and North Braddock all showed levels of PM 2.5 and Sulfur Dioxide to be within the National Ambient Air
