Toxicity, racism and sexism in medical training is a major problem which remains untacked. It is very detrimental to the victims and the healthcare system as a whole.

When one gets a dog bite, we worry about Rabies infection. But dogs also have a lot of very dangerous bacteria which can cause infections. If bitten or scratched by a dog, wash the wound thoroughly with soap and water then rush to the hospital.

Most medications you take are processed by the liver and excreted by the kidneys. Various drugs can react or affect the function of another drug. So always let your doctor know what medications you are on so that they prescribe medications for you safely

I has an HIV positive married couple who shared their ARVs, because they thought it was the same type of medication. One of them now has uncontrolled HIV with high viral load and drug resistance
