🏏 RESULT. Unfortunately it wasn’t to be for us yesterday as an unbeaten half century from the Holy Cross skipper seen them over the line. However, we move onto next week with our last home game of the season against Leith FAB.

🏏 TEAM NEWS. Tomorrow we play league leaders Holy Cross in a top of the table clash. A win would see us leapfrog them to top of the table and all but secure promotion. However this won’t be an easy task and will be a tough game with them only losing once so far this season.

🏏 RESULT. We come out on top defeating St Boswells by 5 wickets. A clinical bowling performance restricted them to 87, lead by Zac Stewart taking a five wicket haul, including the last four wickets in 1 over. The Hair twins saw us over the line after a few quick wickets fell.

🏏 RESULT. Hawick pull off a resounding win over Morton, with a terrific all round performance. Evan Alexander’s 77 not out took him over 2,000 runs for the club and means he has overtaken his dad Gary Alexander as Hawick’s all time leading run scorer in the ESCA leagues.

🏏 RESULT. Hawick win the Ronnie Simpson Memorial Trophy in a greatly contested game against Selkirk Cricket Club.

🏏 RESULT. A great win the blistering heat, lead by a magnificent century from Joe Molloy, batting the whole 40 overs, finishing on 104 not out, edging his name in Hawick history with his name on the batting honours board.

🏏 TEAM NEWS. The team to face Dunfermline & Carnegie at Buccleuch Park tomorrow, fingers crossed the rain stays away. It will be a milestone for stalwart Neil Storey, who will play his 100th game for HWCC in the East Leagues, great achievement, just the 6th player to do so.

🏏 RESULT. We start the second half of the season with a resounding win over Livingston. The bowlers followed up last weeks performance with, skittling Livingston for 63, with all 5 bowlers getting wickets. Joe Molloy lead the chase to knock off the runs in the 16th over.
