Hurricane Kiko Update 1100 HST Monday (09/08). Kiko is still forecast to pass north of the Hawaiian Islands on Tuesday and Wednesday. High surf may come into effect for all islands in the state. HIEMA will continue to monitor Kiko’s progress and the latest forecast.
